Ozkan Ceylan - MBA has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2002 as a Web Developer and Designer for I-BIM Software. In 2004, they were a Software Developer Intern at Gigaton GmbH. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Web Application Developer at the Latino Commission on AIDS. From 2010 to 2016, they were a Senior Developer at DIRECTV and a Software Architect at Link Translations, Inc. In 2015, they were a Co-Founder of Customon and in 2016 they were a Co-Founder of bitgab. Since 2019, they have been a Sr. Software Engineer at HBO Latin America, where they work on development of Payment & Subscription Management for customers and HBOMAX multichannel UI development.

Ozkan Ceylan obtained a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Istanbul University between 2001 and 2006. In 2008, they earned a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in IT from Goldey-Beacom College.
