Stephenee Carrington has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2012 at The Humane Society for Tacoma and Pierce County, where they served as Program Manager for Community Services & Outreach and Department Head for the Foster Department. In 2018, they moved to Rebuilding Together South Sound as Program Manager - South Sound. A year later, Stephenee began working at Junior Achievement of Washington as Regional Program Manager. In 2020, they joined Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department as Deputy Operations Sections Chief and Volunteer Coordination Group Supervisor. Most recently, Stephenee began working at Bitfocus in 2022 as Senior Project Administrator.

Stephenee Carrington has attended Green River College. Stephenee also holds a certification as a Notary Public from the State of Washington.
