Ben Williams is a Partner at Withersworldwide, where Ben leads Withers tech, a transatlantic technology law practice that serves the legal needs of entrepreneurs and high-growth technology companies. In addition, Ben acts as a Mentor at BiteLabs Healthtech, serves on the Public Involvement Programme Expert Panel for NICE, and advocates for newborn screening for spinal muscular atrophy through the UK SMA Newborn Screening Alliance. Ben also campaigns for muscular dystrophy awareness with Muscular Dystrophy UK and Spinal Muscular Atrophy UK. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Lawyer at JAG Shaw Baker and Brown Rudnick. Ben holds a Master's Degree in UK, US, and EU Copyright Law from King's College London, along with various legal qualifications from The University of Law and The College of Law. Educational achievements include a First Class Honours degree in Law from the University of Kent.
