Mercedes Narváez is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Gerente de RR. HH. at Bitel Perú since April 2023, Mercedes previously held the position of Gerente general at MNTalent Consulting from January 2017 to March 2023. Prior to that, Mercedes was Directora de gestión del talento at Scotiabank Perú from March 2007 to December 2016, and Gerente de RR. HH. at PwC Perú from March 2005 to February 2007. Mercedes began a career in human resources consulting at Deloitte as a Consultor en recursos humanos from January 2004 to February 2005. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón, a Master's in Human Resources Management from EOI Business School, and ongoing studies in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy at Centro de Psicoterapia Psicoanalitica de Lima, along with a certification as a Master Executive Coach.
