Tara Palmer is an experienced claims supervisor with a strong background in managing multi-line claims and evaluating damages within the insurance sector. Currently serving as a Claims Supervisor at BITCO Insurance Companies since August 2017, Tara has previously held significant roles at AIG, where promotions to Senior Claims Representative, Unit Manager, and Assistant Vice President were achieved from April 2006 to April 2017. Prior experience includes supervising claims activities at Delta Air Lines, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a claims team and managing complex litigation related to significant events such as 9/11. Tara began their career in customer service and operational roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Tara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Georgia Southern University.
