Sam Gordon has solid work experience in the media industry, particularly in the field of broadcasting and video operations. Sam's most recent position was as an Implementation Project Manager at Bitcentral, Inc. starting in October 2022. Prior to that, Sam worked as a Freelance Video Operator for a brief period in October 2022. Before joining Bitcentral, Inc., Sam had a long and successful tenure at WLEX-TV, starting in 1990. At WLEX-TV, Sam held various roles including Operations Manager from January 2017 to October 2022, Maintenance Engineer from January 2001 to December 2016, and Newsroom Positions from December 1990 to December 2000. As a Maintenance Engineer, Sam was responsible for installing and maintaining equipment in a broadcast facility, documenting issues and signal flow, and training personnel on new equipment. Overall, Sam has substantial experience in the media industry with a strong focus on operational management and technical expertise.

From 1988 to 1992, Sam Gordon attended Eastern Kentucky University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician.
