Brenda Zanella has a diverse work experience history. Brenda started their career at Delta Cable IT Solutions in 2017 as a Web Designer, then transitioned to the role of Designer de experiência do usuário before becoming an E-commerce Manager. In 2019, Brenda joined Marfin Co. as a Customer Success Analyst and later became an Estrategista de marketing. Brenda also co-founded Beca, a sustainable fashion project where unique pieces are created using textile scraps. Since 2020, Brenda has been working at CICLYS, where they started as a Gerente de projetos de implantação and is currently serving as the Proprietária do produto. Additionally, in 2021, they joined Bitboundaire as the Lead Account Manager.

Brenda Zanella's education history is as follows:

Brenda Zanella completed a course in Product Management at Cursos PM3 in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Agile Project Management at PUC Minas in 2021. Brenda obtained additional certifications in Agile Project Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais and Ads&Performance 2019 from E-Commerce Brasil in September 2021 and March 2019, respectively.

From 2018 to 2020, Brenda Zanella attended UniCesumar, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Information Systems. During the same year, they also pursued a course in UX Design at Mergo User Experience and a web development course at Udemy Academy.

In 2016 and 2017, Brenda Zanella studied English at EC English Language Centres Alumni. Brenda completed their high school education at Colégio Estadual do Paraná from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Brenda Zanella obtained certifications in UX Design from Mergo User Experience, Inbound Marketing and Novo RD Station from RD Station, Cabeamento Estruturado from Delta Cable IT Solutions, and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Analytics for Business. Brenda completed these certifications in August 2018, January 2018, November 2017, and January 2018, respectively.
