Menushi Lakshika is a Software Engineer at BISTEC Global Services since February 2022, specializing in the Tafi Project, which involves developing enterprise-level web applications for Australian tax practices and accounting using React, TypeScript, and Next.js. Previously, Menushi held various roles, including Secretary at LED KLN, a student-run body at the University of Kelaniya focused on professional development, and Trainee Software Engineer at GeoidIT (Pvt) Ltd, working on transportation-based reservation systems. Additionally, Menushi served as Coordinator for HackX Jr 2k19, an inter-school hackathon aimed at fostering technology-based solutions among school students. Menushi earned a B.Sc (Hons) in Management and Information Technology from the University of Kelaniya and has gained further qualifications in Java development, internet marketing, and web design. Strengths include thriving under pressure, problem-solving skills, user empathy, customer focus, and a fast learning ability.
