Prior to Bish's RV, Kade worked in marketing sales at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company, where strong written and verbal communication skills were key assets. Kade's career foundation was built at Bingham Mechanical as a plumber, instilling a robust work ethic. Kade holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho, earned between 2013 and 2017.
