LaZendra Danforth is the Principal Owner of Konfetti Carts, a luxury ice cream cart catering company. Prior to this role, LaZendra held positions such as Program Manager at Bishop-McCann and Principal Owner at Studio D Meetings & Events. Currently serving as President and Secretary at SGMP Central Florida, LaZendra also manages the Dining with the Danforth's blog, sharing restaurant reviews and recipes. With a background in event planning, including roles at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy and Alumni Association, LaZendra has a strong foundation in hospitality and tourism management.
