Michael Oltman has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Michael recently served as the Vice President of the Cosmos Platform at Bishop Fox, leading the engineering team. Prior to this, they worked as a Consulting Senior Technologist and Fractional CTO, assisting companies in achieving their goals through strategic leadership. Oltman also served as a Senior Consultant for an AI/ML product company, focusing on project deliverables and advising on security and compliance. Their previous roles include VP of Global Product Engineering at Stats Perform, CTO at Apervita, and VP at Bank of America in Global Markets Operations Technology. Michael also has experience in technology innovation in the Quick Service Restaurants industry. Throughout their career, Oltman has demonstrated expertise in technology leadership, strategic vision, and architecture design.

Michael Oltman attended Hinsdale South High School from 1987 to 1991, majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Michael then went on to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering.
