Mickael Cartet currently serves as Responsable de production at BISCUITS BOUVARD since September 2023, overseeing a team of approximately 75 employees and collaborating closely with the site’s management committee. Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing team skills, implementing quality and safety policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational excellence. Previously, Mickael held roles at Boehringer Ingelheim from January 2018 to September 2023 as Responsable secteur de production and Chef de projet, and at Merial, Ontex, and L'EUROPEENNE D'EMBOUTEILLAGE in various team management positions. Mickael holds an engineering degree in industrial engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and additional qualifications in business and production management, as well as biology.
