Charles Shay has extensive experience in inside sales, with a focus on developing and maintaining customer relationships. Starting their career in the electronics industry in 1980, Charles has worked for companies such as Brothers Electronics and Sterling Electronics before joining Bisco Industries in 2008 as the sales manager. With a degree in Sociology from North Adams State College, Charles Shay brings a unique perspective to their sales role.
