Larry Bellipanni, Jr. is an experienced Solutions Architect at BIS, specializing in software and technology since August 2016. Previously, Larry held the role of Vice President of Technology at Medir Government Solutions from April 2004 to July 2016, overseeing the development and integration of technologies, as well as managing training and support for products. Prior to that, Larry served as Chief Operating Officer at Heritage Solutions, Inc. from January 2000 to January 2004, managing project execution for software and hardware installations while leading a software development team. Larry began the career as a Systems Analyst at South Mississippi Electric Power Association and has also contributed to the development of the Advanced Geographical Information System in earlier roles. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Southern Mississippi.
