Previously, Oliver worked as Managing Director for Grafton Recruitment in the UK and Ireland, overseeing all recruitment operations. Other significant roles include UK Customer Director and Senior Director at PageGroup and various positions at Michael Page, specializing in retail and fashion. Oliver's career commenced at Collins Associates as a Consultant after completing education at Ellesmere College.
