Maria-Magdalena Mineva currently works as the New Work & Artist Development Coordinator at Birmingham Hippodrome since April 2022. Prior to this role, Maria-Magdalena was an Assistant Producer at Severn Arts from December 2019 to April 2022. Maria-Magdalena also served as a Graduate Producer for The Arches Festivals during their time at the University of Worcester from 2015 to 2019.
