E S. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2000, E S. worked as a Human Resources Manager at BRUNO'S SUPERMARKETS until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, E S. served as a Compensation Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue. E S. then joined T-Mobile in 2005 and held multiple positions including Associate Director Customer Service, Financial Care, and Manager HR until 2015. In 2015, E S. became the Director of Human Resources - Central Region/Corporate Employee Relations Manager at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. E S. then joined Chester's International in 2016 as the Vice President Human Resources, Talent, & Training and stayed until 2019. Currently, E S. holds the position of Director of Human Resources and Employee Experience at Birmingham Heart Clinic, starting in December 2019.

E S. attended Birmingham-Southern College but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. They obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI in December 2013 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification from SHRM in December 2015. In 2018, they became a Predictive Index Practitioner through the Predictive Index by RHSweeney Austin. Finally, in 2023, E S. obtained the Workplace Mental Health Ally certification from SHRM.
