Siobhan Williams is an experienced social work professional currently serving as an Independent Reviewing Officer at Birmingham Children's Trust since April 2024. Williams has held various leadership positions in children's social care, including Strategic Lead for Permanence and Interim Service Manager at Shropshire Council from December 2019 to April 2024, and Service Manager for Corporate Parenting at South Gloucestershire Council from 2018 to 2019.
