Nikki Harding Chartered FCIPD is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as Head of HR at Birmingham Children's Trust since March 2024. Previously, Nikki held the position of Head of People Operations and Talent Acquisition at Alzheimer's Society from January 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing people management and recruitment strategies. Prior to this, Nikki was Head of HR & Organisational Development at Public Sector Partnership Services Ltd, overseeing HR services and driving people transformation initiatives. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner at the University of Lincoln and HR Manager at The Woodland Trust. Nikki possesses a Level 7 CIPD in Human Resources Management, along with certifications in ISO management systems and a CMI Diploma in Management and Leadership.
