Shashank's career began at Webcommerce as a Software Engineer before moving to Headstrong, where from May 2000 to December 2012, responsibilities included managing client relationships, overseeing complex projects, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and driving business growth. Shashank holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Army Institute of Technology, University of Pune, completed in 1998.
