Rachel Lewis is a Registered Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience in academia and consultancy. Since July 2019, Rachel has served as a Reader and Director of the Professional Doctorate in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, while also holding the position of Managing Partner at Affinity Health at Work. In addition, Rachel has been a Senior Lecturer and Chartered Occupational Psychologist at Kingston Business School since July 2010, overseeing the Business and Occupational Psychology MSc programmes. Rachel’s research focuses on enhancing employee health, wellbeing, and resilience, as well as improving people management and leadership skills in the workplace. Educational credentials include a PhD and MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
