Jenna Nohrenberg is a Trust & Safety Specialist at Bird since September 2021, bringing extensive experience from Postmates by Uber, where Jenna held multiple roles including Community Operations Manager, Trust and Safety Team Lead, and Trust & Safety Investigator from 2017 to September 2021. Prior experience includes customer service roles and volunteering with LVEmpowered, where Jenna engaged in educational initiatives within Nashville schools and contributed to public relations and event marketing. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Middle Tennessee State University, and previously studied at Volunteer State Community College.
