Sophie Evershed has worked in various marketing roles starting in 2012 at Symantec as a Digital Marketing Communications Executive until 2013. Sophie then worked in OneSavings Bank plc as a Marketing Communications Officer in 2015 before joining Veritas Technologies LLC in 2015 as a Channel Marketing Communications Specialist until 2016. In the same year, they worked as a Senior Marketing Executive at Seiko UK Limited. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Microsoft as a Commercial Marketing Manager for Cloud and Enterprise. In 2018, they joined Vodafone Business as a Field Marketing Manager for Northern Europe until 2021 and as a Digital PMO Lead from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are a Head of Field Marketing EMEA at MessageBird starting March 2023.

Sophie Evershed attended Bournemouth University, where they obtained their Ba Hons in Marketing. Sophie also obtained a Professional Marketing Diploma from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing and completed PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from Learning Tree International.
