Tanya Carpenter has a diverse work experience in payroll and accounting roles. Tanya started their career at Mactavish & Company as an Accounting Technician, where they handled tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll calculations, and tax return preparations. Tanya then joined Jacobs as a Timekeeper before moving on to Mammoet as a Payroll Administrator. At Mammoet, they were responsible for processing payroll, managing employee files, administering benefits, and assisting with timesheet entries. Tanya then joined Stuart Olson Inc. as a Payroll Coordinator, where they continued to oversee payroll operations. Currently, they are working at Bird Construction as a Payroll Team Lead.

Tanya Carpenter obtained their Payroll Certified Practioner from the Canadian Payroll Association, studying payroll from 2005 to 2011.
