Shaya Zahabioun has extensive experience in IT project management and operations, currently serving as PMO Technical Lead and IT Project Coordinator at Bird Construction since December 2021, with a focus on processes and technology design for the IT Project Management Office. Prior to this, Shaya held various roles at Insight from April 2020 to December 2021, including IT Services Lead, managing client resourcing and team collaboration tools. Previous positions include Project Manager and IT Project Lead at PCM Canada, overseeing cloud infrastructure projects and process improvements using Microsoft technologies. Shaya's career began with roles at Acrodex and other companies, including web development and technical support, complemented by a Post Baccalaureate in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Osmania University.
