Ana Kloar is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Partner and previously as a People Generalist at Bird Buddy since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Infomediji d.o.o. and Atlantic Grupa, where responsibilities included the development of employer branding and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes. Ana has also served as General Secretary for the Slovenian HR Association and held various roles in academia and research consultancy. Ana is pursuing a Master's degree in Sociology with a focus on management of organizations, human resources, and knowledge at the University of Ljubljana, following the completion of a Bachelor's degree at the same institution. Additionally, Ana completed a Sourcing Masterclass in 2020.
