Whit Chiles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Whit is currently working at BirchStreet Systems as the Senior Director of Payments, a role they assumed in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Payments and Director of Sales Operations at the same company. Between 2019 and 2021, they held the position of Global Sales Operations Manager. Whit Chiles began their career at BirchStreet Systems in 2014, working in finance until 2019.

Before BirchStreet Systems, Whit Chiles worked as a Lecturer in English at Princeton in Asia from August 2013 to May 2014. Whit also had a short-term role as an Organizing Fellow at Obama for America from May 2012 to August 2012. Additionally, they gained experience as a Legal Assistant at Skikos, Crawford, Skikos, Joseph & Millican in 2011. Whit Chiles started their professional journey as a Type II IA Wildland Firefighter at the North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District in 2010.

Whit Chiles earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Wesleyan University, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. In 2015, they completed a program called CORe: Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online. Before attending Wesleyan University, Chiles studied at The College Preparatory School from 2005 to 2009.
