Tria X. serves as the Regional Sales Marketing Manager at Birchstone Residential since April 2024, focusing on executing sales and marketing strategies to enhance occupancy and revenue across multiple residential properties. Previously, Tria X. managed a diverse portfolio at Weins Development Group, LLC as a Portfolio Manager and held positions at Harbor Group Management Company and Broe Real Estate Group as Multi-Site Operations Manager and Multi-Property Operations Manager, respectively. Tria X. also co-founded and was the Artistic Director at THEATRE ESPRIT ASIA INC, implementing marketing strategies and negotiating contracts. Tria X. has a comprehensive background in operations management and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Florida State University.
