Deborah Andrews is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in high-level positions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director and Audit Committee Chair at Lineage Cell Therapeutics since April 2014, Deborah previously held the role of Chairperson at Grandma's House of Hope from October 2020 to February 2022. Deborah's prior experience includes a long tenure as Chief Financial Officer at STAAR Surgical from June 1995 to July 2020, along with key roles as Chief Accounting Officer and CFO at Bourns Inc. in 1994-1995, and as an Internal Audit Senior at KPMG from 1991 to 1994.
