Monica Svenfors is currently employed at Biotage since 2006 as the Customer Service Manager EMEA. Prior to this role, Monica worked at GE Healthcare from August 2001 to November 2006 as a Customer Service Administrator. Monica also has experience as a Team Leader Customer Service and CS Representative at Biotage. Monica obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from Elanguest School Malta in 1999.
