Işıl SARAÇ has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Işıl started as an intern at VakıfBank in 2005, followed by internships at QNB Finansbank in 2006 and the Central Bank of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in 2007. Işıl then interned at HSBC in 2008.
