Nicolas Cottier is an experienced attorney-at-law and founder of CDC Avocats Sàrl, specializing in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and contract negotiations while advising clients in France, Switzerland, and Germany. Cottier also serves as a CAS arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport and previously held the position of partner at KPMG SA, where responsibilities included leading the legal department and overseeing significant corporate restructuring and M&A projects. Education includes a Master in Law from the University of Lausanne, a certificate in European law from the Europa Institut in Saarbrücken, and a stage at the European Commission in competition law.
