Leah Cheung is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academic coordination, research management, and international collaboration. Currently serving as the Manager of Internal Academic Innovation at BioNTech SE, Leah previously held the role of Research Alliance Coordinator at Leibniz-Institut für Resilienzforschung, where responsibilities included organizing research events and coordinating funding projects. Prior experience includes leadership roles at RWTH International Academy, focusing on master's degree programs and cultural initiatives for international students, as well as significant contributions to various academic institutions, including the Max Planck Institute for Social Anthropology. Leah holds a PhD in Social Anthropology from Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg and has a diverse educational background from notable universities, including the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
