Amélie Drouault has a diverse work experience. Amélie started their career in 2012 as a Research Assistant Intern at CEA, where they conducted laboratory work and cloning, purification and characterisation of proteins of S. aureus in E. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Arkema and as an R&D Associate Intern at Nestlé S.A. In 2015, they were an Account Manager at DuPont and a Business Developer at Chaire ABI (Industrial Agro-Biotechnologies) by AgroParisTech. Since 2017, they have been working at Arbiom in various roles, including VP of Business Development, Business Development and Partnerships Director - Europe and Partnerships Manager. In this role, they have progressed customers through the sales funnel to validate SylPro in their products, with a focus on aquaculture and petfood markets. Amélie has also been a speaker at conferences gathering the animal feed and food industries, the bioeconomy sector, and has successfully been awarded the NextGenProteins project in 2019.
Amélie Drouault attained their Engineer's degree in Biotechnology from AgroParisTech between 2011 and 2013. Amélie also obtained their MsC. Chemical Science and Engineering from Chimie ParisTech - PSL between 2009 and 2013. Before that, they completed their prep-school / Classes préparatoires in Mathematics, physics and chemistry from Lycée Pierre De Fermat between 2007 and 2009.
