Gustavo Adolfo Martínez Solano is an experienced professional in the medical device and consumer products sectors, currently serving as a Production Supervisor Sr at Biomerics since July 2023. Prior experience includes a Production Supervisor role at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, focusing on medical device manufacturing, and a long tenure at Kimberly-Clark, where roles ranged from Research & Development Product Supervisor to Production Supervisor & Process Engineer. Key achievements include the successful start-up of a medical device manufacturing line, significant sales increases in the Brazilian market through new product implementations, and the simplification of manufacturing processes across Latin America. Gustavo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
