Elsa Mersereau is a seasoned professional in performance improvement and project management, currently serving as a Performance Improvement Consultant at Biome Analytics since January 2023. With over a decade of experience, Mersereau previously held the position of Manager, Process Improvement and Project Management at Providence Health & Services from October 2012 to June 2022. Prior roles include Director of the West Coast Division at Lean Healthcare West and Performance Improvement Consultant at Exempla Healthcare. Mersereau also contributed as an examiner at Colorado Performance Excellence and served as a Jr Management Engineer at the University of Michigan. Mersereau earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Industrial and Operations Engineering, from the University of Michigan between 2001 and 2005.
