Ginger Krieg Dosier currently serves as the Executive Director and Chairperson at BIOME Consortia since 2024. As a co-founder and visionary of Biomason since 2012, Ginger has played a significant role in utilizing natural microorganisms to create biodegradable biocement alternatives, advancing sustainable construction practices. Previous positions include Chief Executive Officer and President at American University of Sharjah (2007-2013), Assistant Professor of Architecture at both American University of Sharjah and North Carolina State University, and Principal and Co-Founder of Vergelabs, where research focused on material performance in architectural construction. Ginger completed a Master of Architecture at Cranbrook Academy of Art, following a degree from Auburn University.
