Dick Aguilar Arana is a skilled professional with extensive experience in safety, health, and environmental management. Currently serving as SHE Manager at BioMar since July 2020, Dick has a strong background in implementing corporate safety management systems, leading ISO certifications, and developing strategies to reduce accidents and environmental impact. Previously, Dick worked at CMPC, where notable achievements included the migration of ISO standards, managing large contractor teams, and promoting a culture of safety. At Unilever, Dick implemented comprehensive accident prevention programs and environmental initiatives, while experiences at Imeteco involved leading OHSAS standard implementation and staff training in safety practices. Dick holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral and a Master's in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Universidad Espíritu Santo.
