Diane Iler-Smith has a diverse and extensive work history in the creative industry. Diane started their career as an Assistant Scientist at Schering Plough in 1986. Diane then transitioned into the advertising industry, working as a Copywriter and Group Copy Supervisor at Thomas Ferguson Associates from 1989 to 1995. Diane later became an Associate Creative Director and Vice President at Integrated Communications from 1997 to 1998. In 1998, they joined Ferguson, where they served as the Creative Director until 2005.
