Tal Vana is an experienced professional in the field of life sciences, currently serving as the Associate Director of Innovation and Associate Director of Antibody Engineering at Biolojic Design, Ltd. since May 2018, where also contributed as a researcher. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at Smartzyme Biopharma from May 2014 to January 2017, leading the development and engineering of novel enzymes for enhanced safety, efficacy, and clinical performance. Tal Vana began a career at the Weizmann Institute of Science as a Research Associate and completed a Master’s degree in Life Sciences, focusing on gene expression in pancreatic beta cells. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
