Meital Sheleg (Gadrich) has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research. Meital is currently working at Biolojic Design, Ltd. as a Senior Researcher, a role they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Researcher at the same company from August 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Biolojic Design, Ltd., Meital worked as a Research Scientist at Science in Action from January 2019 to July 2021.

Meital's early career began at Tel Aviv University, where they gained valuable experience as a M.Sc Student from October 2016 to October 2018. During this time, they also took on the role of Lab Rotation (M.Sc student) from October 2016 to October 2017. Meital started their research journey as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the university from October 2015 to November 2016, and then continued in the same role from October 2015 to May 2016.

Through their roles at these various organizations, Meital has developed a strong background in scientific research, making their a valuable asset in their current position as Senior Researcher at Biolojic Design, Ltd.

Meital Sheleg (Gadrich) pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their high school diploma from Ironi Hey High School in Haifa. Meital completed this degree from 2002 to 2008, specializing in math, English, physics, and Arabic. Following this, from 2013 to 2016, they attended the Sagol School of Neuroscience at Tel Aviv University and obtained a bachelor's degree. During this period, their focus was on biology and psychology, with an emphasis on neuroscience. Meital furthered their academic journey by pursuing a master's degree from the Sagol School of Neuroscience at Tel Aviv University between 2016 and 2018. Their area of specialization during this time was neuroscience, specifically neuroimmunology.
