Bolivia Rahmawati serves as the Director of Operations at Ajak Gerak since February 2022, managing program operations including the main program "BahasHarian," mentorship, talent, curriculum, and overseeing a team of 3 project managers, 42 mentors, and 792 classes. Prior to this role, Bolivia held the position of Research and Development Analyst, focusing on project development and collaborations to enhance the organization’s outreach to high school students from disadvantaged areas seeking college education. Bolivia began working with Ajak Gerak as a Language Tutor in mid-2021, specializing in Bahasa Indonesia. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Indonesian/Malay Languages and Literatures at Universitas Gadjah Mada since January 2021, Bolivia has a solid educational foundation following studies at SMA Negeri 1 Kalasan.
