Amy Ma currently serves as the National Strategic Account Manager at BioLife Solutions, Inc., from January 2024. Prior to this role, Amy co-founded Sexton Biotechnologies and focused on business development from September 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing key accounts, executing sales strategies, and collaborating across various departments to drive customer adoption of cell processing platforms. Between January 2018 and September 2020, Amy worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Account Development Specialist II in Patheon, identifying new business opportunities and presenting value propositions, alongside earlier experience as a Sales Development Representative. Amy's career commenced with an internship at the FDA from April 2015 to January 2018, engaging in regulatory sample analysis and compliance training. Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UC San Diego and is currently pursuing further education at Santa Ana College.
