Xiaochen Lin is an accomplished epidemiologist with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Associate Director of Epidemiology at Biogen since March 2022. Previously held roles include Associate Scientist and Senior Outcomes Research Analyst at QualityMetric, as well as Senior Outcomes Research Analyst at Optum. Xiaochen Lin has also contributed to academic research as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Brown University and a Research Assistant at Brown University, where involvement included the development of research proposals and teaching assistance in epidemiology courses. Educational achievements include a PhD in Epidemiology from Brown University and a Master of Science in Epidemiology from Harvard University, complemented by a BS in Biology from East China Normal University. Additional experience includes a health policy internship at the United Nations.
