Krista Green Pratt is a legal expert with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as VP and Chief Employment Counsel at Biogen since August 2011, Krista provides comprehensive legal advice to the global human resources department and manages employment litigation, addressing various employee relations issues. Prior to this role, Krista was a Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP from March 2002 to July 2011, where responsibilities included representing employers in litigation and offering strategic advice on a wide range of employment matters. Krista's career also includes positions as an Associate at Palmer & Dodge LLP, focusing on employment litigation and advising both private employers and educational institutions, as well as an internship at Collins & Weinberg, where work involved drafting legal documents related to labor law. Krista holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a BS in Labor Relations from Cornell University.
