Rafał Jaros has been serving as an Assistant at Uniwersytet Łódzki since September 2007 and concurrently holds the position of Manager at 7m consulting, also starting in September 2007. Previously, Rafał worked as an Advisor at ARKANA.PL from December 2004 to August 2007. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Lodz, along with attending XV LO.
