Carol Ohmstede has an extensive background in project management within the pharmaceutical industry. Carol currently holds the position of Vice President at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where Carol manages and oversees project management for various therapeutic areas. Prior to their current role, Carol has worked in leadership positions at Gilead Sciences, CDO Projects Consulting, LLC, Trimeris, Inc., and GlaxoWellcome. Carol has a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from the University of South Florida.
