Christopher DiCesare is an experienced Lead Data Scientist at Biocore LLC, specializing in sports injury surveillance and reduction for professional sports associations since January 2025. Previously, Christopher served as Managing Scientist and Senior Scientist at Exponent, focusing on data analytics integration and algorithm development for health technology and elite sports. Christopher has also contributed as a Research Fellow at the University of Michigan, where a novel algorithm developed led to a significant NSF grant. Academic roles include adjunct faculty positions at various universities, teaching courses on biomechanics and biological data analysis. Christopher's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Master's in Exercise Science and a Bachelor's in Zoology from Miami University.
