Antje G. is a scientist currently employed at BioConsult SH since July 2024. Prior to this role, Antje served as a project manager at the Bertelsmann Foundation, where involvement included overseeing the Ländermonitoring Frühkindliche Bildungssysteme and Fachkräfte-Radar für KiTa und Grundschule projects from April 2021 to June 2024. Antje has extensive research experience, including a postdoctoral researcher position at Bielefeld University, contributing to projects such as a meta-analysis on age and sperm traits and a statistical study on researchers' degrees of freedom from May 2020 to April 2021. Earlier, Antje completed a postdoctoral role at the Max Planck Institute for Ornithology while also guest researching at Bielefeld University, and a PhD candidacy focused on the mating behavior and reproductive traits of male house sparrows from September 2011 to April 2018. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Natural Sciences from the Max Planck Institute for Ornithology and several diplomas in Biology and Ecology from notable German universities.
