Srishti Dev is an experienced professional in the field of microbiology, currently serving as an Executive in Quality Control Microbiology at Biocon Limited since August 2022. In this role, Srishti manages culture media and microbial testing to ensure product quality and compliance, overseeing the preparation and testing of over 350 batches of culture media. Srishti has also completed training at Biocon Academy and BiOZEEN, and gained practical experience through internships at Bose Informatics, CSIR-NEIST, and Adwitiya Technologies Mysuru, contributing to significant projects such as Whole Genome Sequence analyses for antibiotic resistance and blood protein structure studies. Srishti holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Pondicherry University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from the University of Mysore.
